Hummingbird launches new and improved website

Friday, 18 August 2017

Hummingbird Electronics is excited to invite visitors to explore its new website. The new website has been designed to provide the ultimate user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality throughout to allow customers quick access to detailed product information across its extensive range.

The site includes in-depth technical data, product overviews, and user manuals to provide a detailed insight into Hummingbird’s capabilities across a wide range of sectors such as mining, transport, council and civil.

The website has been designed to cater toward the ultimate user experience, with all pages only one to two clicks away –  offering quick and easy access to products and essential information whilst offering updated information on news, press releases, product reviews and much more. .

Speaking of the new website, National Sales and Marketing Manager of Hummingbird, Mark Bruce said, “Hummingbird are first and foremost a technology company and as  technology evolves we must evolve too.”

The new website is a big step up from our previous website and we think it gives a clearer representation of who Hummingbird are and what our capabilities are amongst the various segments our products are targeted toward.”

“We are extremely pleased with the outcome and think that our customers will be too”, he added.

In the coming weeks Hummingbird’s new catalogue, which was released earlier this year, will be uploaded to the website allowing customers to view the full product range in an easy to access digital format.

The new website coincides with Hummingbird’s relocation to their new purpose-built Innovation Centre located outside Newcastle in Williamtown, New South Wales.

Hummingbird Electronics consults with suppliers to the transport and mining sectors to identify opportunities for new, innovative products. Where it can be established that there is a market for a new product, it is designed and manufactured in Australia, using both in-house and outsourced resources. Standard products are marketed directly to key customers through distribution channels and directly to customers via the internet within Australia and internationally.
