Hummingbird was established in 2008 by Electronic Engineer Norman Ballard in the picturesque Port Stephens in New South Wales. Over the past decade, Hummingbird has developed a reputation as an innovative problem solver and an unparalleled specialist in bespoke product development.
During this time, we have provided Australian Made products of the highest quality to a wide variety of industries that are close to everyday Australians including the mining, civil, council, transport, construction, agricultural sectors and more.
Our purpose-built Innovation Centre located at the Defence Technology Business Park in Williamtown places us alongside other likeminded electronics, aerospace and air industry companies which allows us to develop new and exciting business and engineering opportunities that are distinctively Australian Made.

Hummingbird’s customer service team is based at REDARC HQ in Lonsdale, South Australia. The team comprises of qualified auto-electricians who have hands on experience with our products.
