Achieving ISO9001:2015 certification demonstrates Hummingbirds consistent commitment to quality, transparency and customer satisfaction and highlights their dedication towards implementing best possible practice throughout the organization.
The ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management Systems specifies the requirements an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet consumer regulations. They aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The certification was earned after an extensive audit by risk management experts SAI Global on the 12th of June. During the audit, Hummingbird was required to demonstrate adherence to a Quality Management System (QMS) that outlines good business practices to ensure consistency in providing products and services that meet customer and applicable industry standards.
Speaking of the achievement, Hummingbird’s Innovator & Founder, Norman Ballard said, “Hummingbird has always focused on providing high-quality service to our customers, we are tremendously proud of this commitment to quality.”
